Todd Pearce is the Chief Financial Officer at American Tire Distributors (ATD), where he oversees the ongoing financial transformation of the company and its relationships with the investor and financial communities. He brings more than two decades of experience in financial planning and analysis, operational excellence, and global finance leadership. 

 

Todd holds a Bachelor of Arts in political science and Spanish from the University of Michigan and an MBA in International Finance from the University of South Carolina. 

 

Prior to joining ATD, Todd held a series of leadership roles at Continental Tire the Americas, culminating in his tenure as Chief Financial Officer. His career at Continental spanned over 20 years, during which he built a strong track record of driving results and developing high-performing teams.
